Questionnaires are available online and you will have access until 28 March, 2008.
To access them, you need to ask for a "login" and then to go to "Member Area".

Questionnaires are available online until 28 March, 2008.
Since it was decided at the Launch Workshop on 6 Feb. in Brussels, that the questionnaires are not to be exclusively filled online, the respondents have to register to receive a website access.
To fill the questionnaire corresponding to your category, you have to access the "Member Area" with your credentials.
Registering gives you several benefits: You can access the surveys at any time with your personal credentials. If you enter answers during a session, you always need to submit the questionnaire to save your entries (last button of the survey on the last page "finish/terminer/terminado...").
You can submit your answers once and then come back again later on, and review the answers at your convenience (you will see your "incomplete questionnaire" that you have submitted in the previous session)
You can upload the relevant documents while answering the survey
